09-bhm-cropThe history is black,
The history is white,
The history is dark,
The history is bright,
Kings and Queens, silver and gold,
Maybe this story has already been told,

However,
In many different lights and weather,
The stories are tainted to appear better,
However,
Freedom is a common topic matter,
Black privilege in the West whilst our stomachs grow fatter,
We talk about Gucci and Louis V amongst the chatter,
Whilst there are those screaming and shouting black lives matter,
Black lives matter?
Yes they always have,
We miss Prince, Michael Jackson and Ali with the jab,
This is real life man,

Real words man,
They keep ignoring, spending money on a sun tan,
Saying “they’ll be alright, awh don’t be so sad”
Mansa Musa richest man that lived on this planet,
As a nation we still surviving now that’s what I call magic,
Mansa Musa richest man that lived on earth,
Mother Africa i’m proud you gave life to me from birth,

It hurts,
To see the way they treating you Mama,
It hurts,
To see the way they draining you Mama,
It hurts,
We all came from you strong Mama,
Everyday we should celebrate your legacy Mama
