Anti-Blackness in the South Asian Community
How do we remain active allies to Black people in our own communities? The recent BLM movement has highlighted how crucial it is to take a stand against anti-Blackness wherever it exists. Join our South Asian societies, including the Asian society, the Pakistani society, the Sri Lankan society, the Indian Society and the Bangla society, in collaboration with the Bristol BME network, for our panel of diverse expert speakers to tackle and dismantle these issues.
This event is taking place online. The joining instructions will be emailed to you on the day of the event.
This event is part of Black History Month. For more information about the month and the full programme, go to bristolsu.org.uk/blackhistorymonth
