Bristol Cable AGM 2017 – 5th April
Come and join your fellow members, and Cable shareholders, in our 2017 Annual General Meeting on the
5th April, 6:30pm
at the
Malcolm X Centre, 141 City Road.
Unlike many shareholders meetings and AGMs, the Cable values the equal participation of all of our members – one member, one share and an equal voice in the future of the organisation.
Last year over 120 members came along for an exciting evening to help shape the co-operative. From electing directors, prioritising the journalism we do and money we spend, or who can advertise with us, many important decisions were made – and will be again! This won’t be a boring meeting.
We will also be using the occasion to celebrate the successes of the last year, and look forward to a coming year of opportunities and challenges.
All members will also be welcome to free snacks and refreshments, and the opportunity to win some Cable merchandise!
