Exciting news – Cibomatto’s Winter dinners are back! On the 27th January we’re taking you to a new spot, St. Anne’s House! It’s an amazing old building by the Avon River, turned into the social project @bricksbristol .
A community & creative hub using art to make our community better for the future.
We’ll bring our enthusiasm and homey cooking there, along with a little surprise: our new harvest of cardoons grown in collaboration with @elmtreecarefarm .

* New harvest of Cardoon grown at the Elm Tree Farm with Bagna Cauda—Garlic and Anchovies warm dip —
* Our Pappardelle with Gourmet Mushrooms grown at St. Anne’s House slow cooked in light Tomatoe Sauce (V)
*Cibomatto Meatloaf Deluxe with Homemade Mayo and Local Bitter Leaves
Red and White Staffed Sweet Onion Gratin—Parmesan, Sundried Tom, Capers and Majoran— with Green Sauce and Bitter Leaves
