Online Goldney Garden Party hosted by Amnesty Bristol
More details: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/online-goldney-garden-party-registration-114331239816
For the first time in over thirty years, the members of Amnesty International Bristol will hold their annual garden party online, due to Covid-19.
Grab a cup of tea & a piece of cake, and enjoy the essence of the usual Goldney party as we share live music, tussle with a quiz (with some special guests!), and vie to win the cake baking competition (see below).
Alongside the fun, we will highlight campaigns where we can take individual action to make a difference and will welcome the chance to hear Kate Allen, Director of Amnesty International UK, answer local members’ questions.
If you would like to enter the cake competition, send in a photo and description of your tasty creation with an #AmnesTea sign next to the cake. Send it to amnestybristolgroup@gmail.com or Tweet us at @amnestybristol
The best looking cake will win a prize, and the winner will be announced at the end of the Online Goldney Garden Party – good luck!
Amnesty International is a movement of ordinary people from across the world standing up for humanity and human rights.
