Join us for the Awraq Festival’s closing event: a delicious Palestinian lunch followed by a wrap-up where we can discuss together what we are going to work on in the next months and what we hope for next year’s festival. Don’t miss this opportunity to share this collective call to action.
Possible menu could be:
Vegan buffet
1. Okra roast. Okra, onion, tomatoes, red pepper, carrots, and garlic. served with plain rice and salad.
2. Falafel. Falafel, salads, dips, chillies, served in Pita or with rice or roasted potatoes.
3. Mujadarah. It is rice cooked with lentils, onion and dressed with coriander and fried almonds. To be served with salad, dips and chillies.
