This April, we’ve been asking the global TrashMob to get involved with the #1BagChallenge – to REMOVE as much as possible , REPORT their finds and REWARD themselves for their efforts, all in the name of the SPRING TRAIL CLEANS!!!
On the 30th April, we’ll descend on Bristol’s Ashton Court trails (and a few others…), starting as we did last year from the Trek store navigating using our specially created Komoot Rubbish Routes.
Here’s a wee breakdown of our plans for the day,
> 10am -The doors are open at the Trek store! Swing by and say hi with a coffee ?
> 11am – The Rubbish Route – Grand Depart from Trek store – A joint TFT x Trek x Pedal Progression x The North Face x Cotswold x Volunteer team sets out to do the full ‘Rubbish Route’.
> 11:30am – 4:30pm – A remote TFT team is stationed in the TFT tent at Pedal Progression on the Ashton Court estate
Joining in with Local bike shop day, our ‘Rubbish Routes’ will start and finish at the Trek store (yes there will be goodies!), and stop by at our mates at PEDAL PROGRESSION at Ashton Court. We’ll be met there by Red Bull’s Burger division (FREE FOOD!!) for a quick scran before heading onwards with the route.

As always, absolutely everyone is more than welcome and, because you can download our ‘Rubbish Routes’, you can join-in in your own time, at your own pace and in Covid safe fashion. Just make sure you stop to say hi, shout your trash stats at us and exchange some idle banter at the Trek store ‘START / FINISH’ area, or the Red Bull burger division at Ashton when you’re done.
