About this event

Join us, the Ethicurean, Soil Association, Better Food, Gouter and Seaweed Surfshack for an evening of tasty product testing, talks, drinks and music to understand the many different ways you can make your food and drink choices more sustainable.

  • THow can bread destined for landfill make delicious chocolate?
  • How can every part of an ingredient be best used in a restaurant?
  • How does organic stack up against new eco traffic lights?
  • How does seaweed reduce waste?
  • How can local community groups and food stores work together?

These are just some of the many questions you will find answers to.

Expect delicious food, drinks, discussions and music with ample opportunity for relaxed networking and collaboration.

The product testing is a free part of the event. There will be a paid bar open, please bring ID.
More information to be announced.
