Wells Festival of Literature will definitely take place in 2020: 

Bringing over 30 top writers and thinkers with topics ranging from history and psychotherapy to travel, science, politics, philosophy , arts and –  not forgetting – food.

2019 Festival raised £25,000 to bring writers, poets, plays, creative events and  literacy support to local state schools.
