Writing for wellbeing: women’s online writing circle

A friendly space where we can come together as women to see, hear, and support each other as we use expressive and creative writing to explore aspects of who we are now as women; including our thoughts, feelings and creativity, our relationships with others, with ourselves and with our own bodies. We’ll be using zoom to meet.

The aim is to explore writing as a wellbeing enhancing activity, it is not a therapeutic group and you don’t need any previous writing experience. You will try some guided writing exercises and have the opportunity to share in a small and confidential group of other women (limited to eight).

Fortnightly by zoom. Dates for Autumn term: 1– 2:30 PM on Fridays 25 September, 9 and 23 October, 6 and 20 November, 4 December 2020
