Boardgames are back at BASE every other Wednesday.
Pour a cuppa, open a bottle, share out the vegan snacks, and lets roll some dice 🎲
It is pay-what-you-feel, and no prior gaming experience is required. We’ll help folks through the rules of games that are new to them.
We often play games with radical themes like;
Bloc by Bloc, Suffragetto, Disarm The Base, Civil Power, Space Cats Against Fascism, and Autonomia Zapatista!
We also play other games like Hive, Isle of Skye, or Kingdomino. You are of course welcome to BYOG.
Note on location: We are booked into the events room, which has step free access from the side-gate entrance to BASE. If it is loud/busy downstairs some (or all) of us may move to the libary which is upstairs and smaller, but quieter. A balance between the access needs of those who can’t do stairs and those who can’t do background noise. We’ll happilly split the party or otherwise ensure we don’t leave anyone out.
