Talk Club is a talking and listening club for men, helping to keep men mentally fit by giving them a secure and private space to share and support others.
It’s a simple medicine that starts with asking – How are you, Out of 10? By checking in regularly with yourself and other men, Talk Club creates a community that we are all missing in today’s world.
Brislington Talk Club is open and free for men aged 18+ to talk about what is going on their world, get things off their chest, and build their mental fitness.
