General Election 2019
This could be the most important election for decades.
In this series, we will be covering three Tory-Labour marginals in depth – Bristol North West, Filton and Bradley Stoke and Kingswood, as well as providing the need-to-know information in Bristol’s three other Labour-held constituencies.
We’ll also be looking Beyond Brexit to the other issues in our society, such as how we deal with the climate crisis, the NHS and education, and scrutinising the campaign materials of local candidates.
"Get Brexit done", "Give the people a final say", "Revoke article 50". Unsurprisingly, this election has been dominated by our exit from the EU, but there are other fundamental issues in our society. Our reporters take an in-depth look at some of them.
